We’ve added the ability to Broadcast important event information by specific ticket types

If you have an event with lots of ticket types, you can now use our ‘Broadcast’ feature to send specific event information based on the type of ticket someone bought. 

For example, if you are running a hybrid event, and want to send the recording link only to attendees who bought a ‘remote’ ticket, you can now schedule that easily.

Or, if you want to send meet and greet info to your VIP ticket buyers, you don’t need to leave Ticket Tailor to share the secret instructions. 

Maybe you want to send rescheduling information to people who paid more for a refundable ticket if your event has been moved or cancelled? It’s easy to broadcast to only those ticket holders! 

To try this out you will need an event with multiple ticket types. Then you can schedule a broadcast from the left-hand menu of your event overview.
