I’m Jannine Barron, a regenerative business strategist and founder of Nature’s Boardroom Immersion Experiences. I help leaders reconnect with nature to inspire bold, regenerative solutions that heal the planet while driving business success.

With decades of experience in ethical entrepreneurship and impact-driven leadership, I guide changemakers in shifting from extractive models to regenerative, nature-aligned business practices. My immersive experiences empower leaders to think beyond sustainability and embrace business as a force for good, one that thrives in harmony with nature.

What’s the idea of ‘regenerative business’ all about?

Regenerative business goes beyond sustainability by actively restoring and enhancing the health of people, communities, and the planet. Instead of simply reducing harm, it seeks to create net-positive impact to revitalise ecosystems, regenerate resources, and foster social well-being. 

Rooted in nature’s principles, regenerative business embraces circular economies, ethical leadership, and long-term resilience, ensuring that economic success and environmental health go hand in hand. It’s a shift from extractive models to a living systems approach, where businesses contribute to the flourishing of all life, not just their bottom line.

That’s so inspiring 🙌. Tell us more about your Nature’s Boardroom events…

My Nature’s Boardroom Immersion Experience events help business leaders integrate nature’s intelligence into their leadership and decision-making. I invite people to bring a business or personal challenge they are facing and explore it through our structured frameworks with nature as their partner.

They learn a guided approach to engaging with nature, posing meaningful questions, listening deeply, and interpreting the insights they receive. By the end of the day, they have a personal practice they can continue using whenever they seek clarity and direction.

Rooted in the principles of biophilia and biomimicry, these immersive experiences are designed to help attendees think in new ways, gain clarity, and align their business with nature’s intelligence – whether through fresh perspectives, creative solutions, or general guidance.

What do you find most rewarding about the type of coaching you do? 

I love the feeling of seeing people opening and realising how much support is available to them. Most people don’t have a skills problem, they have a self-belief problem. Stories hold us back and nature helps us heal and release any stories that don’t serve us. This opens up an incredible sense of empowerment.

Do you have any words of wisdom for someone just starting on their journey of entrepreneurship and pioneering endeavours?

You don’t have to do things the way the world tells you, in fact, please don’t. We need new ways of doing business that focus on people, planet and then profit in equal measures. Be driven by the value you provide rather than profit. 

How do you market your events?

I mainly use LinkedIn and email and, of course, Ticket Tailor has been very helpful with getting the word out about my events. I also rely on having a strong website for my brand and events.
