We’re thrilled to announce Ashgate Hospice – as a winner of our Box Office Design competition!
We’ve just launched a powerful new box office design feature, letting users create stunning, custom event pages that showcase their brand. The tool provides eight fresh themes to choose from, with intricate customisation features – event creators can edit fonts, colors, and photography to create a page that feels totally unique to their event’s personality. To celebrate, five awesome Ticket Tailor users had their box offices transformed by our Brand & Design Manager, Karishma.
Ashgate Hospice supports people living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as the people who support them, and those grieving the loss of a loved one. The charity uses Ticket Tailor for its vast and varied fundraisers events – which span skydiving events through to night walks and calming afternoons with a cuppa.
Below, we have a quick chat with Rebecca Littlewood, Ashgate Hospice’s Digital Marketing Manager, about how they’re using Ticket Tailor to power their fundraising events, why brand consistency matters for supporter trust, and what they thought of their fresh new look.

Tell us a bit about Ashgate Hospice and the work you do.
Ashgate Hospice provides free palliative and end-of-life care to adults aged 18 and over, supporting people with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, neurological conditions, and end-stage heart, kidney, and lung diseases.
Our mission is to make sure every patient is informed, supported, and pain-free. While we specialise in end-of-life care, our work often begins much earlier – helping people live as well as possible from the moment of a terminal diagnosis. We’re also there for families and friends, offering practical, emotional, and bereavement support.
What kind of fundraisers and challenges do you run?
We host a variety of events for all ages and interests. Our flagship fundraiser, the Sparkle Night Walk, drew almost 3,500 participants this year. We also run the Superhero Night Walk for children, plus activities ranging from skydiving to “Care for a Cuppa” coffee mornings. However people want to get involved, there’s something for everyone – full details are on our website.

Getting the word out must be key. Which marketing channels work best for you?
We take a multi-channel approach – posters, leaflets, in-shop radio, Meta ads, Google Ads, and organic social media. Combining traditional and digital channels helps us reach the widest possible audience.
What inspired you to enter our Box Office Design competition?
We wanted our Ticket Tailor pages to match the look and feel of our website, creating a seamless experience for supporters. When we spotted the competition in an email, the timing couldn’t have been better – we applied right away, and were thrilled to be selected.
The result was exactly what we’d hoped for, and the turnaround was impressively quick. The design tool is easy to use, and that visual consistency really matters for building trust and making ticket-buying smooth.
How have you found using Ticket Tailor so far?
It’s simple, intuitive, and works brilliantly for our needs. For events like the Superhero Night Walk, features like QR-code ticketing make admissions fast and stress-free.
