How does it work for my event?

When activated, ticket buyers will see the option to add Refund Protection during checkout. If they need to claim, they contact XCover directly. No admin needed from you.

What events is Refund Protection suitable for?

Refund Protection can be used across a wide range of events, including concerts, festivals, workshops, classes, and attractions.

Do I earn revenue from Refund Protection?

Yes. You earn a commission on every refund protection sale. This creates a new revenue stream without adding complexity.

Do I have to handle refund requests?

Can I see which orders include Refund Protection?

Yes. You’ll be able to view which buyers opted in directly from their order summary in Ticket Tailor.

What if a buyer contacts me with a refund request?

You can simply direct them to XCover. There’s no need to get involved in the claims process yourself.

Is Refund Protection available for free events?

No. Refund Protection is only offered on paid tickets

No, Refund Protection covers the ticket buyers against their ability to attend the event. The event organizer should have terms to cover event cancellations.
